Delivery and Returns
The following options are available
1. Collect from the surgery - We are open from 8.30 to 7pm Mon - Fri
8.30 to 1pm Sat. Closed all day Sunday. We will contact you by email when your goods are ready for collection.
2. Post - We will aim to post your order within two working days of placing your order subject to availability of stock, (excluding week-ends and Bank Holidays). If an item is out of stock we will contact you by phone or email as soon as we can. Some products will take longer to arrive depending on the company they are ordered from, this will be denoted on the page of the product.

Free Delivery
We currently offer free delivery for orders over
£30.00 to the following postcodes:
MK40, MK41, MK42, MK43, MK44, MK45, MK46, SG17, SG18
We will be happy to refund or exchange a product, provided it is in fully resaleable condition. You should notify us as soon as you receive your goods if you intend to return them.
If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised goods (such as pet id tags) unless they are faulty.
